Kitesurfing Lesson Formats

It’s up to you how you choose to learn, but if you’re a beginner we recommend starting off with some private lessons so you get the maximum time with the kite and your instructor can commit 100% to you when you need it most. Once you’ve got the basics down semi-private and group lessons are a great choice to learn new skills and push your boundaries in a safe environment.

Semi Private Lessons

Semi private kitesurf lesson Tarifa Spain

Semi private lessons are great once you have got your basic kitesurfing skills down pat. With just two pupils per lesson the instructor still has plenty of time to focus on your individual progression.

Also, for certain personality types, watching while someone else learns can help you pick up skills that you won’t grasp if you’re concentrating on actually doing everything yourself.

In semi private lessons your instructor will decide whether the two pupils get a kite each or one to share depending on the skill levels of the riders and the difficulty of the lesson.

Group Lessons

Group kitesurfing lesson Tarifa SpainGroup lessons are great if you are with people who are at a similar level. They’re also a great way to enjoy time with friends and family. Our group lessons are for 3 or 4 people with one instructor.

Group lessons can help you to pick up things by listening to the advice given to others. In a group, there is usually a greater quantity of vocal tuition and also more questions from the group to the instructor. If you like learning new skills with others group lessons are a good call for you.

Please note that we cannot offer group lessons for children under the age of 12 for safety reasons.
